What truly set him apart was his hands-on approach—he didn't just offer advice; he took action. He personally installed smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and fire extinguishers in the correct locations to ensure we passed inspection with no issues (which we did!). Anytime a challenge arose, he either handled it himself or walked me through it, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
